1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.exhibitionstands.com (the “Website”) and all related services, including the AI image generation tools, credit system, and subscription plans offered by Expo Fish Ltd.
By accessing or using the Website, registering an account, purchasing credits, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
“We”, “Us”, “Our” means Expo Fish Ltd, trading as exhibitionstands.com.
“You”, “User” means the individual or entity accessing or using the Website and Services.
“Services” means the AI image generation tools, credit purchasing system, subscription plans, and any other features offered via the Website.
“Credits” means the digital tokens purchased or awarded that allow you to generate AI images on the Website.
“Top-Up Credits” means credits purchased on a one-off basis that do not expire.
“Subscription Credits” means credits allocated as part of a monthly subscription plan, valid for 30 days from the date of allocation.
“Subscription Plan” means a recurring monthly payment plan providing a set number of Subscription Credits each billing period.
“Generated Image” means any AI-generated image produced using the Services.
“Stripe” means Stripe, Inc., the third-party payment processor used to handle all transactions on the Website.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Website and purchase credits or subscriptions.
To access paid features you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have breached these Terms.
4. The Services
4.1 AI Image Generation
The Website provides an AI-powered image generation tool designed specifically for the exhibition and events industry. The tool allows users to create visualisations of exhibition stands and related concepts.
Generated Images are produced algorithmically. We do not guarantee that any Generated Image will meet your specific requirements, be suitable for any particular purpose, or be free from errors, artefacts, or unintended content.
You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs can be unpredictable. Each credit consumed represents an attempt to generate an image; we do not guarantee a satisfactory result with every generation.
All stand designs generated via exhibitionstands.com and the expo.fish AI engine are conceptual visualisations intended for inspiration, ideation, and early-stage conversations only. They do not constitute engineering drawings, structural specifications, or construction plans.
No testing, validation, or professional review has been carried out on any generated design. This includes but is not limited to: structural integrity, load-bearing capacity, material specifications, fire safety, electrical compliance, accessibility, and venue/exhibition regulations.
exhibitionstands.com and expo.fish make no warranties or representations regarding the buildability, safety, or regulatory compliance of any generated concept. Any party wishing to construct a physical stand based on these concepts does so entirely at their own risk and must engage qualified stand designers, engineers, and builders who accept full professional responsibility for the final design and build.
4.2 Service Availability
We aim to keep the Website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
5. Credits
5.1 Top-Up Credits
Top-Up Credits are purchased on a one-off, pay-as-you-go basis. These credits do not expire and will remain in your account until used, or until your account is closed or terminated.
Top-Up Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly set out in Section 8 (Refunds and Cancellations).
5.2 Subscription Credits
Subscription Credits are allocated to your account at the start of each billing period as part of an active Subscription Plan. Subscription Credits are valid for 30 days from the date they are allocated.
Any unused Subscription Credits at the end of the 30-day validity period will expire automatically and cannot be carried forward, refunded, or exchanged.
Upon renewal of your Subscription Plan, a fresh allocation of Subscription Credits will be added to your account for the new billing period.
5.3 Credit Usage
Credits are consumed each time you initiate an image generation. The number of credits required per generation will be displayed clearly within the platform before you confirm the generation.
If you have both Top-Up Credits and Subscription Credits in your account, Subscription Credits will be consumed first, followed by Top-Up Credits.
Credits have no monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or gifted to third parties.
6. Subscription Plans
6.1 Plan Types
We currently offer two monthly Subscription Plans, each providing a set allocation of Subscription Credits per billing period. Full details of each plan, including pricing and credit allocations, are displayed on the Website’s pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
6.2 Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payment is taken at the start of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis via Stripe until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful, we reserve the right to suspend your subscription and access to Subscription Credits until payment is resolved.
6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription Plan at any time. Cancellations can be made directly through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected].
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the following period, and your Subscription Credits will continue to be available until they expire at the end of the 30-day validity window.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days in a billing period upon cancellation, unless required by applicable law.
6.4 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your Subscription Plan at any time via your account dashboard. Changes will take effect from the next billing period unless otherwise stated.
6.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ written notice of any price increase via email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Payments and Pricing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service, available at https://stripe.com/gb/legal. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
All prices displayed on the Website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing for Top-Up Credits or Subscription Plans at any time. Price changes for subscriptions are subject to the notice provisions in Section 6.5.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges applicable to your purchase in your jurisdiction beyond the VAT we collect.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
8.1 Top-Up Credits
Top-Up Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where you are a consumer and exercise your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. However, by proceeding with a purchase and using credits immediately, you acknowledge that the service has been fully performed and you waive your right to cancel where permitted by law.
If you have purchased Top-Up Credits but not yet used any, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase to discuss your options.
8.2 Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, except as required by law. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
8.3 Technical Issues
If a technical fault on our part results in credits being consumed without a Generated Image being delivered, please contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate and, at our discretion, restore the affected credits.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Generated Images
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable credits, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute Generated Images created using your account for both personal and commercial purposes.
You acknowledge that AI-generated images may produce outputs similar to those generated for other users. We do not guarantee the uniqueness or exclusivity of any Generated Image.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Generated Images complies with all applicable laws, including those relating to intellectual property, copyright, and advertising standards.
9.2 Our Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the AI model itself, is owned by or licensed to Expo Fish Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Services to:
– Generate images that are illegal, defamatory, offensive, obscene, or that infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights.
– Generate images depicting real individuals without their consent, or in a manner that could constitute harassment, impersonation, or defamation.
– Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Website or the underlying AI model.
– Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Services without our prior written consent.
– Circumvent any security measures, usage limits, or access controls implemented on the Website.
– Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or credits without our prior written agreement.
We reserve the right to remove any Generated Images and/or suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are in breach of this section.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) £100.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of revenue, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not liable for the suitability of Generated Images for any particular commercial purpose, including but not limited to print production, client presentations, or regulatory submissions.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that: the Services will meet your requirements; the Website will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free; or that any Generated Image will be accurate, complete, or fit for purpose.
13. Data Protection and Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.exhibitionstands.com/privacy, and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
By using the Website and creating an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payment data is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy. We do not store full card details on our systems.
14. Third-Party Services
The Website integrates with third-party services including Stripe for payment processing. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies, which you should review independently.
We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or conduct of any third-party service providers.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or any applicable law.
Upon termination: your right to use the Services ceases immediately; any unused Subscription Credits will be forfeited; and any unused Top-Up Credits will also be forfeited, except where termination is due to our breach.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any unused credits.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any legal dispute arising in connection with these Terms.

18. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Expo Fish Ltd in relation to your use of the Website and Services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time.
